Miller

My Thoughts
There are so many things to love about this book. The first and most outstanding of which has to be its heroine. Miller Darling is the perfect blend of beauty and brains. With a laser sharp wit and sarcasm, which never seems to miss its target.
A target most often found in former Navy SEAL, Elias Cole.
For his part. Elias is doing his best to bide his time as a Gravedigger. One of a select group of anti-terrorism agents. So secret that not even the President of the United States has knowledge of their activities.
But just as with everything else in Elias's existence, not even his service to the Gravediggers is not what it seems.
For Elias has a mission all his own...even there.
To take down the one woman who took his life. The leader of the Gravediggers, and his boss, Eve.
That is if he can manage to keep his hands, and the rest of him off of a certain snarky writer with a body made for sin...and a mouth to match.
But it seems that fate, by way of a most macabre delivery via UPS and Miller's family legacy involving the treasure of King Solomon; has other plans for the two.
Plans that will see them traveling to remote locations and facing all manner of peril. Just to save the only man that Miller has loved her whole life. Her brother.
What Miller and Elias have no way of knowing is how being so close to danger and intrigue will serve to bring them and their lovelorn hearts closer to each other.
Gone To Dust may be the second book of the Gravedigger series. But it is destined to be for in the hearts of readers who crave action, adventure, love, and laughter. Miller Darling is a sweetheart of a heroine. A lady meant to stand withe best, and keep her wits about her.
She is the secret ingredient that brings color and life to both Elias and the story.
Making this book even harder to put down are elements of lore, action, suspense, romance, and a plot so full of twists and turns that one may need Dramamine just to follow it.
This book is truly a work of dramatic perfection.
